SchoolzOut Program through Tucson Parks and Rec


December 20th, 2021 -  December 30th, 2021

Activities include games, sports, social interaction, dance, art projects, and nutrition-based learning activities. 

Fee: $40 for city residents, $50 for non-residents 

Registration begins December 6th. Masks are required for the duration of the camp.

Reid Park Zoo Winter Camp


Grades 1 - 6

Our winter camps will provide exciting opportunities for your children to explore the zoo and learn about our animals and the habitats that they live in. Through special behind-the-scenes experiences, crafts, games, and activities, your children will discover the wonders and mysteries of the natural world! 

Fee: $55 per day for Zoo Member children
$75 per day for Non-Member children

Please note: Masks must be worn by all participants and Zoo camp staff for the duration of camp.

Tucson JCC Winter Camp


Grades K-9

Send your kids to spend winter break with us! Winter Camp J provides parents with childcare while school is out of session and gives kids a safe, fun place to play during the holiday season.

Fee: The cost for camp is $50/day for members, and $60/day community pricing.

Additional before and after care hours are available  from 7-9am and 4-6pm and included in the cost for kindergarten-5th graders. A limited number of spaces for Pre-K aged children are also available.

University of Arizona Winter Break Camp


Ages 5-15

December 17, 2021 – December 22, 2021

Campus Recreation 1400 E. 6th St.

9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Campers will partake in enriching activities like group games, arts & crafts, special themed activities and more! With ample gym space and outdoor activity spaces, Campus Recreation is the perfect venue to have active and safe fun.


Student - $185, or $45 daily

Member - $195, or $50 daily

Non-Member - $205, or $55 daily


Drop off from 7:30 - 9:00 AM and pick up from 4:00 - 5:30 PM is provided for families at no additional cost. Masks required, social distancing when possible.
